EXTREMLY RUDE!!!! UNHELPFUL & UNEDUCATED !!!

Bunch of EXTREMLY RUDE!!!! UNHELPFUL & UNEDUCATED IMBECILS!!! Went to the pet shop to buy my pet ****** new toys, while looking around an employee behind the cashers desk asked if she could assist us. Out of nowhere either the manager or owner rudely interrupted her and started verbally attacking & swearing at us. Ranting on about how she personally thinks its ********* to keep ******s as pets and do we even know how much work it is to look after them. Completely dumbstruck & in shock from what just happened and, I guess, trying to avoid confrontation with a complete stranger my partner just ignored the crazy lady & immediately took the ****** and walked out. I on the other hand actually tried to defend myself but with her literally screaming at full volume at this point I could hardly get a word in and only told her that we never asked for her opinion and then asked what the hell she’s doing in a pet shop if that's how she feels and walked out. You can decide for yourself if you want to support a business like this. Since unasked & completely irrelevant personal opinions are given at random, HERE'S MINE ... just thinking to myself... if you can speak to a stranger and customer that way, just imagine how you must treat and speak to those around you not to mention the poor employees who work for you. TRULY The worst experience and service I’ve ever received never before have I had such a crazy interaction and seen so much anger and/or aggression towards me coming from, as I said, a complete stranger.
