doubt credibility

<p>A puppy was to be transported by life unleashed pet movers. I searched online for a contact number and I could only find a way to email. Life unleashed pet movers contacted me and I told them that I need to check their details and cannot just pay money and trust all is well. The man said that I am insulting the company. I told him that he was now insulting my intelligence. He refused to continue with the possibility of moving the pet. </p> <p>It is disturbing to find that a supposed to be professional company cannot understand that my interests need to be protected as well as theirs. Also why not help find a solution to the problem, but merely back out of a possible transaction. Am I supposed to trust all and be a victim to yet another crime. Why look for excuses and not just provide a way to resolve the matter.</p>
