A very disappointing experience. Completely unlike what I expected!

I recently visited a shopping mall in South Africa and had a terrible experience. Here are the reasons why I am giving it a 1-star rating:

Cons: The mall was dirty and poorly maintained. The stores were overpriced. The parking was a nightmare. The mall was overcrowded, which made it difficult to navigate.

Pros: The food court was appetizing at the least, but it was difficult to enjoy with the crowds.

Overall, I would not recommend this shopping mall to anyone. The mall was dirty, overpriced, and overcrowded. The food court was decent, but the parking was a nightmare. I had a terrible experience and would not visit this mall again. It seems like everyone flocks here because there is no better place to chillax at in town on the weekends.
