Pathetic Service

I Ordered 3 barstools in Sept. They arrived about a month later and were not built to dimensions shown nor looked nearly as sleek. So i wanted to send them back, as my right. another 2 months before they responded, lots of threats to contact me and they said i could return at my cost and they would refund me. I did this. @ months later, no one ansers phones, emails unless occasionally when i threaten to out them. Still no closure, They owe me R4397.00
