Defective Air Fryer

I bought a Silver Crest air fryer from the Makro online store two weeks back which is supp**** by Lifograph, last week the air fryer started tripping the electricity every time I used it. I requested the air fryer to be collected today and the courier did not arrive. I'm so disappointed 😔
