Repair issues
In October 2024, I took my car to Toyota Beacon Bay for a noise it was making. I was told that the front stabilizer joint need to be replaced. The part was delivered and replaced (car was still under warranty).In March 2025, my car started making the same sound. I booked it in and on the 24th took in, i was told that the steering rack needed a replacement. I enquired if they would fix it because I strongly believe that this issue is related to the initial problem. I enquired at Toyota Beacon Bay if they would fix the problem because I believed that it was a result of the first repair and I was told that, Toyota would only "take care" of the labour. I am very disappointed and will definitely advise whoever is in the market for a new Toyota to simply purchase the Suzuki version of the car because it seems like they are more reliable than the Toyota.

Defective Air Fryer
I bought a Silver Crest air fryer from the Makro online store two weeks back which is supp**** by Lifograph, last week the air fryer started tripping the electricity every time I used it. I requested the air fryer to be collected today and the courier did not arrive. I'm so disappointed 😔

Rain Delivery gone wrong
Im so fed up and irritated with rain. I ordered a rain one package on 20 June 2023. Today is the 29th and rain still have not delivered my sim card and router. I have called them numerous times and all I have are gotten excuses and empty promises. The consultants are useless and are never forthcoming about the facts. I hate to think what I will have to go through should there be network issues if I am going from pillar to post just to get a simple delivery

SCAMMED BY DSTV
In November 2022 I took DSTV Internet which is R600 with Multichoice. I was told that since I am on price lock and pay R500 for DSTV compact I would only pay the difference which is R100 because I already have a DSTV package. In December they debited R1142.93 on 16 February they Debited R867 and another R963. This os not the money that was agreed on when I took DSTV internet so they are basically stealing my money. Be careful of these scammers
