No Feedback "Problem still exist" after emails, complaints, phone calls more than 3 months
I really are so frustrated with Signio Lightstone. As a paying Customer I can only use half the system. With 30 Tickets logged with complaints and only received a phone call "We are busy sorting out the Problem" that was last week and still no feedback "Problem" still exist. I cannot upload documents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really are so frustrated with Signio Lightstone. As a paying Customer I can only use half the system. Be wary of dubious debit orders from Lightstone
Please be wary of shary your banking details with this entity. 2 accounts were created after I subscribed to their service. Upon realization that my account was being debited twice I informed Lightstone and canceled my service. I was promised a refund... I am still waiting. Response to emails always promising but never delivering. Be very careful. Please be careful
