Really disgusted at the service I received being a client for over 10years,still not happy
About a month ago I lost my phone or it was either ****** in an Uber.I went to the Parow center branch to do a simswop to buy a new phone keeping in mind that I am in a process of buying a house. The female who had to assist me took one look at me with this foul look on her face ...mo smile ...asking for the number i needed to do swop on she then had a look and said she can't help me because i owe them money reffering to a ****le i had and stopped using because i was called for a better deal and just stopped using it.I think the ladys name was miss de jager ot something she basically refused to help me and give my numberback keeping in mind that I paid my contract off and the number is now mine.She left me feeling like such an idiot and embarrassed me having to walk out without my number wasting a whole leave day.I then had to buy a new phone on a diffirent provider. The next weekend i went to Airport mall to ask for assistance and i was told that I was **** to and a simswap couldbe done.The guy there helped me giving me a simcard and even putting it in my phone no questions asked. He said that that seeing its prepaid there shouldnt be a problem but advised me to pay the ****le up to date which wanted to do but after this experience I had I am disgusted with the service being Embarrassed and inconvenienced and **** to by Parow branch staff I lost all my information because I couldnt restore or even backup my information as my otp goes to my number which this Lady refused to give back to me for her personal reasons...i missed important calls from transfer attorneys and couldn't use my online banking for money check my emails nothing or even get my old contact. I have been so busy with the house but yesterday took the time to go to parow store and i told the floor manager that I am not happy on how I was treated and the convenience and stress I suffered. Ive been a customer with Telkom for years and have decided to change networks and tell my family also to move and we willl post this on our socials as we have tik tok influencers who would love to post this. I AM NOT HAPPY
WHEN YOU FALL BEHIND WITH YOUR PAYMENTS DUE TO MAYBE HEALTH ISSUES AND YOU CANT GET OUT TO PAY YOUR ACCOUNTS RCS SENDS THEIR BULLDOGS TO HARASS YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT ..THEY WAY THEY SPEAK TO YOU IS LIKE YOU MEAN NOTHING TO THEM KEEPING IN MIND YOU THE ONE KEEPING THE BUSINESS GOING .YOUR COLLECTIONS TEAM NEEDS TRAINING ON PEOPLE SKILLS AND JUST BASIC MANNERS BECAUSE THR NEXT TIME SOMEONE IS GOING TO TALK TO ME LIKE I AM ONE OF THEIR CHILDREN I WILL COME TO YOUR GOODWOOD OFFICES. MALIKA FROM COLLECTIONS JUST CALLED ME TO SETUP A DEBIT ORDER AND CUT THE LINE NEVER TO CALL BACK BEFORE THAT IT WAS THE MOST RUUUUUDE FEMALES TALKING ALL OVER ME ...THIS WILL GO VIRAL ONCE I ASK ONE OF TIKTOK INFLUENCERS TO POST THIS ONCE I'M DONE...disgusting me and my family will never ever open accounts with RCS and the word will be spread...
Most rudest poeple,consultant treats you like dogs...no training but i come to their offices.disgusting
No contact number to get hold of anyone, calls then phone cuts, no feedback, no nothing
Customer service agents unable to do their jobs causing their systems to cause customers exstra charges to their bill, escalation department gives ups after trying to contact you to have your query sorted and just ends up robbing you, taking money which Is not theirs, causing customers, stress, inconvenience and financial inconvenience taking money which does not belong to them, sies
pathetic pathetic pathetic YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST EVER.....I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF THIS SERVICES there is nothing wrong with my credit score or credit vetting, pure discrimination if you ask me!!
