I would like to express my disappointment in your company (Lindt Cresta) and the response time. I have had to follow up numerous times with you over an incident that has resulted in medical damages to not only myself but members in my family as well, After numerous attempts and follow ups I then receive an email, yes an email not even a courtesy call to say that I'll be given a voucher.
How is it that so little empathy goes into the work that you do, how is that valuable clients suffer and yet a mere email seems to be sufficient.
We ended up in hospital with food poisoning after eating your products, I have medical records of this and yet you think offering me a voucher is enough. To eat products from the same place and manufacturer that made me sick in the first place, do you think i have a death wish ?
It is no secret that you have a case on at the moment and even after that, with my proof, you seem to think that it is ok to treat people this way.
