From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth, kindness, and such a friendly atmosphere. Your staff made me feel comfortable and valued, and they treated me with patience and respect. The store is always clean, beautifully presented, and the way everything is displayed makes the experience feel luxurious and special. I truly appreciate the effort your team puts into making every customer feel like they matter. Found worms in the Lindt chocolate bought on 11/6/2025 send a complaint to both Shoprite and Lindt and still no response. Tried to contact Lindt HQ and hat to wait almost 15 mins with no answer (I called 4 times). Going to social media and taking this much further

I would like to express my disappointment in your company (Lindt Cresta) and the response time. I have had to follow up numerous times with you over an incident that has resulted in medical damages to not only myself but members in my family as well, After numerous attempts and follow ups I then receive an email, yes an email not even a courtesy call to say that I'll be given a voucher. How is it that so little empathy goes into the work that you do, how is that valuable clients suffer and yet a mere email seems to be sufficient. We ended up in hospital with food poisoning after eating your products, I have medical records of this and yet you think offering me a voucher is enough. To eat products from the same place and manufacturer that made me sick in the first place, do you think i have a death wish ? It is no secret that you have a case on at the moment and even after that, with my proof, you seem to think that it is ok to treat people this way.

Terrible customer service at Lindt. An employee at the V&A Waterfront store sold me 500 grams worth of dark chocolate after telling me it was milk and white chocolate. After fighting with the store manager and regional manager for 2 weeks, they have told me nothing can be done to fix the problem. I had to continuously follow up and re-explain the story to them for them to tell me they don’t do exchanges even though it was the lack of employee knowledge that made me buy the product in the first place.

Wanted to treat my 8 year old daughter with Lindt ice cream on the weekend of the 27 July 2024 and was told they were out of stock. Very disappointing as I went to both Sandton City and Cresta and both stores were out of stock. According to the Cresta store they were expecting stock in a months time and Sandton store said they were expecting stock in September only. Why so long to get more stock??? Don't think I will ever go back as there are better and cheaper options for ice cream available

Wanted to treat my 8 year old daughter with Lindt ice cream on the weekend of the 27 July 2024 and was told they were out of stock. Very disappointing as I went to both Sandton City and Cresta and both stores were out of stock. According to the Cresta store they were expecting stock in a months time and Sandton store said they were expecting stock in September only. Why so long to get more stock??? Don't think I will ever go back as there are better and cheaper options for ice cream available

South Africans should be aware of this ****ming Shop, the first time I bought the Lindt cake only to get home and find no English directions on the box, clearly they selling imported products not destined for South Africa, I could do nothing with the product as I opened the box and then looked for the instruction which was in a foreign language , Today I went to by the 2.5kg Chocolate because I'm hosting a function and want to make the topping with Great Chocolate, I paid R 1300 for 2.5kg bag of chocolate, and when I got home , Lindt & Sprungli ****med me again , the package shows Normal chocolate but they made the packing look like that but inside is White Chocolate and I paid R1300 for chocolate that is expired in 1 months time , They are ****ming the South African public Totally , why would I pay so much for expired chocolate, if they said it's on Sale and I made the choice to buy it then I can't complain, it taste dead, this time I am not going to keep quiet, I list the first time buy buying the cake and not being able to use it , I refuse to take another loss from Lindt Sprungli inferior qauntity products.

I bought a box of the Lindt Nuxor with milk chocolate at Checkers and when I opened the box the chocolates appeared to have this white like colour almost like it was laid in powder. I do not know what it is or if it's harmful but I would rather not take my chances I'm just very disappointed with the quality of the chocolates this cannot be acceptable I brought it to Lindt Chocolate's attention and they more concerned about proof of purchase When I bought the chocolates I didn't eat it immediately and when I eventually decided to eat it I noticed it was not okay to eat. Instead of doing something regarding their faulty products they more concerned about a slip. No one even bothered calling me to explain what was wrong with the chocolate or why it looked the way it did I guess their customer service is just as bad as the products they sell. I personally would never buy another Lindt product again
