Awaiting my Temu package. Last update was 10/11 from Linex. today is 14/11. 4 days later. Tried to contact them during office hours and the phone just rings and then cut out. My conclusion : How can they know where my package is or even attempt to deliver any package if something as simple as answering a phone seems to much of an effort or is the explanation as simple as that they have no idea where the packages that they accepted responsibility for is ? And the solution is simple....ignore phone calls ,customer service and so forth...Ignorance is bliss. Do not trust them with any deliveries for no package will reach its destination.

Still waiting for my package. In transit for 11 days, no updates, no one answers the contact details. They might as well not exist. Not sure how you're supposed to get customers if you don't even answer them.

I have been following up for the whole week for a payment link to pay D&T for my parcel. They keep saying they will send it but nothing gets sent. Now my parcel is late. Ref: AS0000017710

I was waiting for Contact lenses from overseas. Linex emailed me on the 23rd of September, with a request for a formal customs entry, as the package was high value. I rep**** on the same day with my passport number. The 24th was a public holiday. On the 25th they rep**** and said they submitted the entry. Today - 27 September - it was delivered I am super chuffed with the service. I did not expect this from a South African company dealing with customs Well done guys!

I rep**** on the same day with my passport number. The 24th was a public holiday. On the 25th they rep**** and said they submitted the entry. Today - 27 September - it was delivered I am super chuffed with the service. I did not expect this from a South African company dealing with customs Well done guys!

Did i just time travel back to the stone age? Paid for a small book to be delivered to South Africa from the UK as a gift for a family member. Then this company Linex Solutions randomly emails me to sign a customs form to release the item. Then after doing that they send an invoice for more than what the shipping was to SA. What a joke. Then the agent tells me they do not have a way to pay by card online, no credit card payments or no payments through a payment link like most companies offer in 2024! Especially when paying from the UK as this means paying by Forex or your bank which costs a fortune and takes a week to clean. So told them to burn the package rather and use it for lights or warmth cause clearly the living in the past on a deserted farmland with no touch to reality or technology. Maybe i should send them some flint or stones too so they can learn how to make a fire to burn the package.

The worst experience I have ever had with them. Sent me an email to pay for customs tax which went right into my junk mail. No one bothered to call me from their office for 9 days till I found out myself, and quickly paid up so that they can ship the item to me. To make things worse, they charged me taxes based on GBP when it was supposed to be in USD, which I informed them and told them to refund me the difference. NOPE! They replied they will hold my item until they confirm this with the merchant even though I had already paid for full customs tax based on overcharged rate GBP, which was also their mistake. So why can't they just send me the parcel already since I have paid in full the taxes? What have they got to lose? Can't they do this check concurrently and send the item to me?? HOLDING ME AT RANSOM WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
