Bought the Kettle Braai in August. Not even 4 months later the legs snapped off and the Rust resistant trash pan is bent and rusted. After every braai I clean it and even store it in my house and not outside. I tried to reach out to them via Whattsapp and even sent pics to no avail. The worst product ever . I would remove the claim of SA no 1 pot. Maybe claim that this is SA no 1 worst pot.
Awaiting my Temu package. Last update was 10/11 from Linex. today is 14/11. 4 days later. Tried to contact them during office hours and the phone just rings and then cut out. My conclusion : How can they know where my package is or even attempt to deliver any package if something as simple as answering a phone seems to much of an effort or is the explanation as simple as that they have no idea where the packages that they accepted responsibility for is ? And the solution is simple....ignore phone calls ,customer service and so forth...Ignorance is bliss. Do not trust them with any deliveries for no package will reach its destination.
This is regarding Cell C Get More. In August my premium suddenly went up with R200. I enquired why from Cell C and was told that I have subscribed to Cell C get more. I informed Cell C that I did not subscribe to anything, and I wanted to know who activated this on my account and who authorized it. Cell C said that I should contact Get More as they cannot access that on their systems. I contacted Get More: 21/10 - Launched investigation Ref 556388422. 23/10 Dineo - Investigation in progress Ref: 556401151. 28/10 Thumelo Escalated Investigation Ref: 556406647. 3/11 Spoke to Thumelo again was informed that they are still awaiting feedback. No one is providing feedback to me, and I am doing all the follow up. I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman as they committed ***** by deducting money from my account without my permission. I have given them ample time to investigate and rectify the matter.
My Temu package is in delivery from Skynet. When calling customer care I was informed that it has arrived at the Hub and will "MAYBE" be delivered next week. So my package is at the destination city Hub where it will stay in Limbo for "MAYBE" more than 7 days when all is needed is to be assigned to a driver and be delivered to my address which is not even 10km from the Destination Hub. Do not try to contact the hub as the phones are also in Limbo with no one answering.
Please do not order anything from the Deli. I went the healthy way and ordered a chicken wrap. What a waste of money. The wrap contained 3 chicken cubes unseasoned dry as hell, no mayo. What it did contain was 5 pieces of bell peppers.. Chunky bell peppers. I get the idee that the chicken was substituted with the peppers. Please do not forget the microscopic piece of lettuce. I try to eat healthy but this was to say the least an abomination.If you are going to sell a product make sure that your clients can actually eat it. I could not and threw it away in the trash were it belongs.
