Huge disappointment

These guys seriously need to improve their customer service on the servicing side at the Randburg branch - what a disappointment. Booked motorcycle for a service and requested cost estimate before doing any work. Received no communication whatsoever during the day, had to call them after 3pm to follow up - sooo unprofessional. Upon collection bike was not cleaned properly, in fact it was cleaner before the service. If you are looking for professional trustworthy service then steer well clear of this place.
