I am beyond furious with the appalling experience I’ve had with this company. The sheer lack of customer service, compassion, and basic human understanding has been nothing short of disgraceful. Every interaction has made it painfully clear that customer care is not a priority for you. I am exhausted from repeating myself, chasing answers, and being met with what feels like complete disinterest and zero urgency. The level of indifference I’ve encountered is honestly insulting. It’s baffling how a company can operate with such a dismissive attitude and think this is acceptable. Their inability, and unwillingness to provide clear communication or even the smallest amount of empathy has turned a simple issue into an infuriating ordeal. I’ve never felt so blatantly disregarded by a service provider. It’s as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something worth addressing.
This entire situation has been an absolute nightmare, and I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and honestly staggered by how poorly this has been handled. If this is the standard you consider “service,” then it’s no wonder customers are left feeling abandoned and disrespected.
I sincerely hope you take a long, hard look at how you treat the people who rely on you—because right now, your service is nothing short of pathetic.
