In April 2025, I purchased a 2020 Nissan Navara Double Cab from their dealership. Unfortunately, shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle, it began giving me mechanical problems. Despite my trust in the Nissan brand, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the vehicle I was sold was not in good condition. It had to be returned to the dealership just weeks later, and it remained there for an extended period without proper transparency or accountability.
I made it very clear to Mr. Logies that due to this experience, I no longer had confidence in the vehicle or their dealership and requested a replacement. Recently, I found another Nissan Navara double cab in immaculate condition, but instead of facilitating a fair exchange,His conduct and approach throughout this matter have been unprofessional.
Don’t purchase anything from this garage if you are a black person as they do not care if you are a black person the same thing happened a white person but it was resolved but now just because I am black there are doing this to me this is unfair this dealership should be closed down As it is just to rip people off the managers there do not answer cause they do not respond on time they would ask you to send an email when you ask stuck in the middle of the road what is that
