I bought a brand new car, Nissan Magnite from them in May. In August the dashboard reflected "Check Engine" I reported to them they booked it in on the 11th August. I took the car there and they said it's fixed. The car is still having the same problem. They want me to book in the car again. My query is that I don't want this car anymore if the problem resurfaces in less than 30 days. I cannot always leave work and drive to them at my expenses when the problem is theirs

In April 2025, I purchased a 2020 Nissan Navara Double Cab from their dealership. Unfortunately, shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle, it began giving me mechanical problems. Despite my trust in the Nissan brand, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the vehicle I was sold was not in good condition. It had to be returned to the dealership just weeks later, and it remained there for an extended period without proper transparency or accountability. I made it very clear to Mr. Logies that due to this experience, I no longer had confidence in the vehicle or their dealership and requested a replacement. Recently, I found another Nissan Navara double cab in immaculate condition, but instead of facilitating a fair exchange,His conduct and approach throughout this matter have been unprofessional. Don’t purchase anything from this garage if you are a black person as they do not care if you are a black person the same thing happened a white person but it was resolved but now just because I am black there are doing this to me this is unfair this dealership should be closed down As it is just to rip people off the managers there do not answer cause they do not respond on time they would ask you to send an email when you ask stuck in the middle of the road what is that

One star is even tooooo much. They way they give service to clients is up to ****. Don't do business there.. Family of mine did. Worst damn place.

I took my car to Renault Rustenburg on the 7th of October for Starter repair, I was told to book for the car for Monday. I booked for Monday the 10th. I took my car there on the 11th, I waited the whole day for feedback, I was told nothing, I called them around 3pm the same day and I was told they are waiting for approval from Renault SA. The car spent a night there, the whole day the 12th as well they told me nothing until I called them around 13pm and was told the are waiting for approval from Renault SA. I asked them how long does it take to get approval they said 14 days, I asked them after approval what happens, they said they will invoice my insurance and then make an order because they need to replace ignition too, and ignition take 21 days to be delivered from Australia. I then asked them why they didn't tell me all this when I was there, because I was of view that the car will come out the same day now I have to call them now and again to ask they are not giving me any feedback or update. I called them again and asked told them that I am not able to make arraangement for a courtesy car as they are not giving me anything to work with, I said to them since they said it takes 14 days to get approval from Renault SA and 21 days for the part to be delivered can I take the car and as soon as they received the approval or the part I can bring the car? They said no problem. I took the car. Every week from the 11th of October until now I call them to ask if they have an approval or the part the answer remains "NO" they will call me as soon as they do. I was shocked after I called Renault Woodmead asking them what is a process when a car has a problem with a starter and ignition, they advised me that They starter they have instore but the ignition is the one the need to order because each car has its unique code, and that process that 21 days to 30 days for the ignition to be delivered. I asked them what happens when I bring the car today, they said they will check if the car is covered and that process doesn't take more than 45 minutes, if is covered a claim will be lodged and p[art ordered (yes that process of waiting for ignition take long). I called my insurance to check if there was a claim against my name for starter and ignition from Renault Rustenburg and was even more shocked to hear "no". I called the m and asked why they have not lodged a claim as yet, they still said they are still waiting for approval from Renault SA. I mean is over a month now I could have taken my car somewhere else but I was kept in "HOPE" that something is happening while nothing is happening. I am based in Rustenburg, now next week the 14th of November I have to drive to Joburg to take my car and make arrangement on how to come back because of this huge inconvenience and lack of car from Renault Rustenburg. I understand that there is only one branch that's why they "DONT" car because they know we depend on them, since we don't have other alternatives close by. I am truly SAD.

I have booked my vehicle in at Lionel Motors Nissan Rustenburg on 12 January 2022 for a noise at one of the wheels. They could not provide any feedback on the matter until I eventually got hold of the workshop manager. He got a staff member to phone me back stating that one of the wheel bearings was worn. I have requested repairs to continue as this is a company vehicle, which drives up and down daily. They would gotten back to me regarding the timeframe of repairs which never happened. I have maid numerous calls to the branch however the calls are either not answered or they take a message, but no one ever calls back. On Thursday someone eventually phoned me back stating that the parts are there and that the vehicle will be done before end of business day. They will inform me once done. By Friday, I still had no feedback on the vehicle. And to top it off, you cannot get hold of the branch, or they once again take messages which is never returned. By Monday, I could still not get hold of the service adviser responsible for the vehicle, so I decided to visit the branch, who then informed me that the parts will only arrive on Tuesday morning. Rather confusing. For the rest of Monday and Tuesday, no luck on any response about my vehicle. This morning, Wednesday 19 January 2022, I once again tried to get hold of the service advisor, but as I guessed she was busy with customers as always and could not take my call. I called again, wanting to know about my vehicle, in which the response was that the vehicle will be finished today and that someone will phone me back between 13h00 and 14h00 today. In all honesty, I do not believe that I will receive that call today. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced at any dealership and will in future rather make use of small business owners who concentrate on customer satisfaction as well as good workmanship.

I took the car in for service at Rustenburg LionelNissan Motors this morning and got no joy. The booking was made on Wednesday and confirmed for Friday,17th @ 07:00am. When I got there I was told that there is no booking made for the car and I won't be assisted.The lady by the name of Marthinie told me that I won't be assisted,and there is nothing she can do.I asked her to confirm with the Consultant who made the booking but she told me that the lady is not yet in.I then asked her to call the Consultant and she told me she doesn't have the lady's contact details.I was surprised by this as the details are supposed to be kept in the office. What happens in a case of emergency??? She suddenly spoke to some lady through the window,only to realise that the lady she was speaking to is the same lady who is supposedly not in yet and "will be in @ 08:00". I got infuriated and wanted to know why she was lying to me.What was she hiding?? The Booking lady called me through to her office and my booking could not be located and I had to make a new booking.All this time no apology was offered to me. The worst part of all this is that the Marthinie lady left me standing there like a fool,before the Booking lady called me into her office. I was so embarrased because all other clients looked at me like I was some kind of a psycho,all because I wanted to know what happened to my booking for service. I am really not impressed with the service at Rustenburg Nissan.It is very poor and appalling.I din't know how many people go through what I went tbrough daily. What if I travelled from afar just to bring my car for service only to be told that I'm not on their schedule for the day??? Why not apologise when they are wrong?? What is the point of lying that the Booking lady will be in ag 08:00 when she is sitting at a desk across me and I can see her through the window?? Why lie to me that they dont have the lady's contact details when they have them??? I hope action will be taken against this Marthinie woman and save others clients the same frustrations in the future. I also demand an apology from this dealership. George
