I am writing to request your assistance in resolving a matter related to my rental history. In 2020, while I was residing at Sagewood, I received communication from your office informing me that the landlord would be assuming responsibility for the rental going forward. However, it appears that this change was not accurately reflected in your records. As a result, it now seems as though I did not pay rent for an entire year, which is negatively affecting my rental applications in 2025 and has unfortunately impacted my credit record. I kindly ask that you review and update your records to reflect the correct arrangement from 2020, as this oversight is having an unfair and detrimental effect on my current rental prospects. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There is a new account added on my credit record, which I know nothing about and is affecting my credit record negatively. Please remove that account immediately.
I took my car to Renault Rustenburg on the 7th of October for Starter repair, I was told to book for the car for Monday. I booked for Monday the 10th. I took my car there on the 11th, I waited the whole day for feedback, I was told nothing, I called them around 3pm the same day and I was told they are waiting for approval from Renault SA. The car spent a night there, the whole day the 12th as well they told me nothing until I called them around 13pm and was told the are waiting for approval from Renault SA. I asked them how long does it take to get approval they said 14 days, I asked them after approval what happens, they said they will invoice my insurance and then make an order because they need to replace ignition too, and ignition take 21 days to be delivered from Australia. I then asked them why they didn't tell me all this when I was there, because I was of view that the car will come out the same day now I have to call them now and again to ask they are not giving me any feedback or update. I called them again and asked told them that I am not able to make arraangement for a courtesy car as they are not giving me anything to work with, I said to them since they said it takes 14 days to get approval from Renault SA and 21 days for the part to be delivered can I take the car and as soon as they received the approval or the part I can bring the car? They said no problem. I took the car. Every week from the 11th of October until now I call them to ask if they have an approval or the part the answer remains "NO" they will call me as soon as they do. I was shocked after I called Renault Woodmead asking them what is a process when a car has a problem with a starter and ignition, they advised me that They starter they have instore but the ignition is the one the need to order because each car has its unique code, and that process that 21 days to 30 days for the ignition to be delivered. I asked them what happens when I bring the car today, they said they will check if the car is covered and that process doesn't take more than 45 minutes, if is covered a claim will be lodged and p[art ordered (yes that process of waiting for ignition take long). I called my insurance to check if there was a claim against my name for starter and ignition from Renault Rustenburg and was even more shocked to hear "no". I called the m and asked why they have not lodged a claim as yet, they still said they are still waiting for approval from Renault SA. I mean is over a month now I could have taken my car somewhere else but I was kept in "HOPE" that something is happening while nothing is happening. I am based in Rustenburg, now next week the 14th of November I have to drive to Joburg to take my car and make arrangement on how to come back because of this huge inconvenience and lack of car from Renault Rustenburg. I understand that there is only one branch that's why they "DONT" car because they know we depend on them, since we don't have other alternatives close by. I am truly SAD.

They debited my account after I had told them that I already paid my account with AMPATH, the did a debicheck which I did not approve. i have tried calling them on these number 0182941000 and they could not help me yet this is the number appearing on debicheck. I was given a number 0871090064 which I called and was also transferred to someone but no response. now the number is only ringing.
We bought houses through mining may years go, then we started having issues with our municipality bill, be engaged them and the mine, and requested prepaid meters, this battle took years eventually the mine decided to settle the bill so that we can start from scratch, but the municipality did not communicate this with us nor sent us the bills, to say the mine settled the bill and this is the balance, they just handed us over, and the next thing I receive the bill from the lawyers which keeps on accumulating every month. I want to know what was the balance after the mine settled the bill, because we have the prepaid water now. I will settle what was the balance, which was my argument, to say you were suppose to communicate this earlier as you are now, is not fair.
I complained about my water bill end of November, for the past year that I have been staying in Tarragon Villas I have never paid more that 300 WATER BILL, when I received my water bill in November 2019, I was shocked to see my bill amounting to R3586.92, I have reported this both to Protea metering and Remax, Protea metering claimed the error is not on their side, and Remax have no idea what say to me. To this days no one has done anything or said anything to me yet. Remax is acting on behalf of developers and Landlords so we do not even have access to landlords to complain. my water bill for Dec is 257.65 went back to normal, plus last month bill that I queried everything amount to 3898.37. a leakage was checked and it was said there was no leakage. so were will a 3000 bill come from. I have emailed everyone at Remax and to this day nothing. I am sitting with no electricity as I am not able to buy electricity anyway because of this issue.

My water bill has never been more R300.00 or since I stayed a Tarragon Villas, I am shocked to find that my bill is R3500.00 from R200 and something. I have all my water bills and I sent it to Remax and Protea metering so that they can try to resolve this issue. at this point nothing is really happening, Protea metering they are adamant that their reading on the bill are as per the metering system. I am sitting with this issue that no one is accounting toward, more over this problem is inconvenient my life. if feels like I am left to deal with this issue on my own, we tested for the leakage and there's no visible leakage whatsoever.
