Never in my life have I spoken to such a horrible agent both rude and abrupt and not willing to help no explain. She has a terrible attitude and then still has the audacity to call me rude after refusing to explain, she refuses to give any information on the property I’m interested in, all she wants is the form to be filled in . I told her I would first like some more information before I fill in the form otherwise I’m going to be wasting my time and yours she then continue to call me rude and disrespectful after refusing to give me the information I needed or helping me…… this is really a horrible agent V.S How she still continues to work for them I have no idea because she really has no communication and should not be speaking to the public… as she is the reason that the real estate agency has just lost a client….

We listed our property with Remax Rockstars under the guidance of Rudi and were persuaded to accept their philosophy of encouraging low offers, even though we wanted to sell at a higher price. Unfortunately, this strategy attracted buyers who could not afford the property, with most objecting to the levies and rates. When we raised our concerns and asked for a change in approach, the team refused to adjust. The first offer we received was more than R400,000 below our asking price. This left us feeling that the agency prioritises quick turnovers rather than achieving fair value for homeowners. We are disappointed with the service and believe Remax Rockstars did not act in our best interests.

The 1 is because I cannot continue to write the review without selecting a rating but this company deserves 0 stars because of one agent. Marcelle Naude who works at an office in Roodepoort, Gauteng. She is quite *********** and does not care for her clients. As we speak, she is failing to assist us with an issue and this would not be the first time she’s doing that. She had to be escalated last year too. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign a lease with her. Because of her ways, she makes Remax look bad.

I don't recommend these estate agents. We as owners have suffered severe financial damages because of Remax that did not do their work as contractually agreed. But they smiled to the Bank every month with their commissions and sundry fees! POOR

This review is a matter of urgency, I would just like to say please do not rent from these people, they are absolutely pathetic, they can not accommodate you at all what is the difference from having to pay the 7th to the 7thyou guys can not do maths at all, this is a 30 day cycle same way you pay from the 25th to the 25th, And then i don't even want to sart with the fact that you get Fined R500 for paying a cycle from the 7th to the 7th, but i know what it is this is due to the fact that they are money hungry. With all of this then you pay and 2 days later you get a call asking for the money after this was already paid 2 days Ago. You guys are a joke the entire REMAX TEAM i can not wait for my leas to end so i can stop supporting you. Pathetic Now i know why you have so many bad reviews🤬

Owners who are aware of their arrears their services where cut off by the body coperate that they claim that REMAX had told them to switch off services. Such as electricity. As far as I know. Before services are cut there must be a legal route followed and they decided to do it based on the personal basis. This issue arises regularly. To some people, it seems obvious: if an owner fails to pay levies, the body corporate should be able to cut off electricity and water supplies to the unit until the levies are paid. However, that would be *******, as will be explained in the law of South Africa. The only stakeholder that has to cut off services is the municipality and not the body coperate. Hello Peter,kindly intervene

The Remax branch in Weltevreden Park is the worst company you can trust with your property. Totally *********** and lacks accountability. Why do you manage property rentals when your agents lack knowledge and integrity to do bare minimum requirements? I’m beyond frustrated.
