The agent in question has acted *********ly by misrepresenting himself as a prospective buyer in an apparent attempt to gain access to my Exclusive Mandate listings. As I am fami**** with this individual and aware of his conduct, I have blocked his cellphone number. Despite this, he continues to contact me regarding my Exclusive Mandate properties by sending me enquiries from the Property24 website, posing as a 'buyer'..... Upon my decision not to respond to such enquiries via cellphone, he retaliated by submitting a 1/5 rating for “client service” on the Property24 portal. This rating is unjustified and does not accurately reflect the standard of service I provide to REAL legitimate buyers. I have reported this matter to Remax Masters on multiple occasions. However, these complaints have not been addressed with the seriousness they warrant, and I have only received generic responses indicating that my “ticket has been closed" and ZERO action had been taken against his ********* behaviour! Such conduct reflects a concerning lack of professional ethics and is entirely unacceptable. Sellers: Be aware!!
