I have booked my vehicle in at Lionel Motors Nissan Rustenburg on 12 January 2022 for a noise at one of the wheels. They could not provide any feedback on the matter until I eventually got hold of the workshop manager. He got a staff member to phone me back stating that one of the wheel bearings was worn. I have requested repairs to continue as this is a company vehicle, which drives up and down daily. They would gotten back to me regarding the timeframe of repairs which never happened.
I have maid numerous calls to the branch however the calls are either not answered or they take a message, but no one ever calls back.
On Thursday someone eventually phoned me back stating that the parts are there and that the vehicle will be done before end of business day. They will inform me once done. By Friday, I still had no feedback on the vehicle. And to top it off, you cannot get hold of the branch, or they once again take messages which is never returned.
By Monday, I could still not get hold of the service adviser responsible for the vehicle, so I decided to visit the branch, who then informed me that the parts will only arrive on Tuesday morning. Rather confusing. For the rest of Monday and Tuesday, no luck on any response about my vehicle. This morning, Wednesday 19 January 2022, I once again tried to get hold of the service advisor, but as I guessed she was busy with customers as always and could not take my call. I called again, wanting to know about my vehicle, in which the response was that the vehicle will be finished today and that someone will phone me back between 13h00 and 14h00 today.
In all honesty, I do not believe that I will receive that call today.
This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced at any dealership and will in future rather make use of small business owners who concentrate on customer satisfaction as well as good workmanship.
