I took the car in for service at Rustenburg LionelNissan Motors this morning and got no joy. The booking was made on Wednesday and confirmed for Friday,17th @ 07:00am. When I got there I was told that there is no booking made for the car and I won't be assisted.The lady by the name of Marthinie told me that I won't be assisted,and there is nothing she can do.I asked her to confirm with the Consultant who made the booking but she told me that the lady is not yet in.I then asked her to call the Consultant and she told me she doesn't have the lady's contact details.I was surprised by this as the details are supposed to be kept in the office. What happens in a case of emergency??? She suddenly spoke to some lady through the window,only to realise that the lady she was speaking to is the same lady who is supposedly not in yet and "will be in @ 08:00". I got infuriated and wanted to know why she was lying to me.What was she hiding?? The Booking lady called me through to her office and my booking could not be located and I had to make a new booking.All this time no apology was offered to me. The worst part of all this is that the Marthinie lady left me standing there like a fool,before the Booking lady called me into her office. I was so embarrased because all other clients looked at me like I was some kind of a psycho,all because I wanted to know what happened to my booking for service. I am really not impressed with the service at Rustenburg Nissan.It is very poor and appalling.I din't know how many people go through what I went tbrough daily. What if I travelled from afar just to bring my car for service only to be told that I'm not on their schedule for the day??? Why not apologise when they are wrong?? What is the point of lying that the Booking lady will be in ag 08:00 when she is sitting at a desk across me and I can see her through the window?? Why lie to me that they dont have the lady's contact details when they have them??? I hope action will be taken against this Marthinie woman and save others clients the same frustrations in the future. I also demand an apology from this dealership. George
