I am beyond frustrated and disheartened by my experience with Lionel Motors Nissan. After paying R27,000 for repairs on my Nissan Qashqai, I drove away only to find that the car wouldn’t run at all. It’s hard to describe the feeling of being ******, especially when I trusted this company with my vehicle.
The complete lack of communication from the staff was infuriating. I repeatedly tried to reach out to Miss Smith for updates, only to be met with silence. Despite being out of the country, I went out of my way to drive cross-country to get answers, yet I struggled to get through on the phone and was directed to the wrong person on social media. It felt like I was shouting into a void.
When I finally did hear from Miss Smith, her response to my urgent plea for help was simply a thumbs-up emoji on WhatsApp. That moment encapsulated the total disregard for my situation. I felt completely dismissed and abandoned.
Now, I’m left with a car that I had to leave in an unfami**** neighborhood, unsure of what to do next. I’ve been told I need to pay even more to have them open the engine again—after already shelling out R7,000 for supposed repairs. It’s heartbreaking to think that I trusted this company and ended up in this situation.
I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I urge you to avoid Lionel Motors Nissan at all costs. They have proven to be ************* and ***********, leaving me feeling ****** and utterly dissatisfied. I give them a 1 star merely because I cannot give a negative star
