I purchased a Renault Kiger 2023 at Rustenburg dealership on the 30/10/2023 brand new. On the 23/07/2025 started to give me problems, software issues, was unable to drive it , it was locked. I took it to the dealership to fix it, and I was called to come and pay R1242 for diagnose before I get my car back, I asked them why because the car is still new under warranty with 31 kilos, they said diagnosis is not covered. And told me they already services the car the 30 kilos but it was not stamped or written on the service book. I paid for R1242 I got my car. Last Saturday 27/09/2025 it started again with the same problem not moverble when starting the car. I called them but not answer, I called road department they helped by towing the car to Rustenburg dealership. Monday morning I called Rustenburg dealership the said the car is there busy with paper work for workshop. I called again in the afternoon the sales advisor by the name Nolin, "who was very rude" .She said it's not in the workshop yet cause the still two other cars infront of me. She promised to call me for feedback and I asked about the Courtesy car and she said they have to diagnose the car first before they can offer a courtesy car. I fail to understand why they can't offer courtesy as promised, now I'm struggling with transport to get to work.Tuesday I call dealership again Nolin told me that there still cars that came before mine, she wil call when they finished my car. Till today I'm still waiting for the call, I'm not happy about the service I got since Saturday I'm using taxis to work but I'm paying R5000 for the car. Please assist me
