I purchased a Renault Kiger 2023 at Rustenburg dealership on the 30/10/2023 brand new. On the 23/07/2025 started to give me problems, software issues, was unable to drive it , it was locked. I took it to the dealership to fix it, and I was called to come and pay R1242 for diagnose before I get my car back, I asked them why because the car is still new under warranty with 31 kilos, they said diagnosis is not covered. And told me they already services the car the 30 kilos but it was not stamped or written on the service book. I paid for R1242 I got my car. Last Saturday 27/09/2025 it started again with the same problem not moverble when starting the car. I called them but not answer, I called road department they helped by towing the car to Rustenburg dealership. Monday morning I called Rustenburg dealership the said the car is there busy with paper work for workshop. I called again in the afternoon the sales advisor by the name Nolin, "who was very rude" .She said it's not in the workshop yet cause the still two other cars infront of me. She promised to call me for feedback and I asked about the Courtesy car and she said they have to diagnose the car first before they can offer a courtesy car. I fail to understand why they can't offer courtesy as promised, now I'm struggling with transport to get to work.Tuesday I call dealership again Nolin told me that there still cars that came before mine, she wil call when they finished my car. Till today I'm still waiting for the call, I'm not happy about the service I got since Saturday I'm using taxis to work but I'm paying R5000 for the car. Please assist me

To Victor Mosuwe, who had the patience of Saint explaining and answering all my questions. That am amazing team, thank you to Tokelo May for my coffees. Worst service ever. I would rate a 0 but the system doesn't allow me. I wanted to make a booking at the service department, they don't answer the phone, then took my car for service yesterday, there was only one stone chip on the windscreen at the top in the middle, then when I got my vehicle back, I noticed the is a crack from the bottom in the middle on my windscreen, no stone chip near the crack, I tried to phone them, but no answer as well. Then I sent them an email, I received a phone call, the lady told me, when there is a stone chip in the window as soon as they put the vehicle on the loading lift the windscreen will crack, but I mean it will crack on the stone chip side not on another space. Then they said I should claim it from my insurance. How does that work it is not my fault. I will never use Lionel Motors Rustenburg Service department again

In March 2021 I bought a new renault kwid from Lionel Motors renault in Rustenburg. Long story short the car started to give me problems since August of 2022. I would take the car to work no problems, but everytime when I knock off and I'm close to getting home the car would lose power, the cluster makes a beeping sounds and all warning lights would be lit. This happened for a whole month till I bought a new battery. I thought the issue was resolved then it started again in September. Long story short ever since then my car has been towed and in and out of Lionel Motors for months with the same issue. Recently it was towed on the 21st of December 2022 until I got it back January 20th 2023. The very same day I fetched it from Lionel Motors the same issue occurred before I could even get home. On the 21st of January 2023 I arranged for it to be towed back to Lionel motors, ever since then I have never heard from them. I never receive calls from them informing me of any changes or updates. And when I do call them they tell me nothing just they will call me back which they never do. My biggest issue is I'm still paying for the car on a monthly bases. But out of 4 weeks in a month I get to drive it only one week, one week it's on and off, 2 weeks it's at Lionel Motors. I have received the worst service ever from Lionel Motors Renault. And would never recommend anyone to their dealership.

In March 2021 I bought a new renault kwid from Lionel Motors renault in Rustenburg. Long story short the car started to give me problems since August of 2022. Happy with the service I got from Lionel Motors in rustenburg Renault department thier service was out of this world they make sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied with everything they serves you I thank Victor the sales assistant mackdonald service manager and the FNI Cynthia am happy with all the help I got

2020 I BOUGHT A NEW RENAULT KWID AT LIONEL MOTORS RUSTENBURG-SINCE I BOUGHT IT THE BATTERY LIGHT STAY ON-TILL NOW THEY CAN NOT FIX IT-I WENT THROUGH MFC -THEY SAY IF THE DEALER CAN NOT DO ANYTHING-I MUST GO TO OMBUDSMAN-OMBUDSMAN SAY THE DEALER SAY I DRIVE SHORT DISTANCE -CASE CLOSED-I DRIVE 7KM TO WORK AND BACK

The worst service EVER. They give me a loan vehicle, then when my child gets chosen to participate in the South African Junior Chess Championship in Benoni, they arrange for a hired vehicle yesterday being a renault kwid, which I refused as it will not work for 2 big suitcases and 3 people. Today I was told it is either the kwid or a Datsun. I must also return the loan vehicle as it has been sold. So my child must miss out on an opportunity of a lifetime because I don't have a car!

The worst service EVER. I have Renault Captur that experienced a technical failure on 14 Dec 2019 on route to Rustenburg. The car was checked in Lionel Motors on 17 Dec 2019. At first they promised to finish diagnosis and repair the same afternoon, however, it wasn't. The following day on 18 Dec 2019 I was told they have changed plugs and suspect dirty/ wrong petrol and they will drain and test. I had to extend my stay and incur more costs on accommodation with my family. Seeing that there's no progress, I ask the manager to arrange courtesy car because I had doctors doctor's appointment in Bloemfontein on 19 Dec 2019. Manager indicated that he doesn't have any though it is dealership responsibility at least for 5 days then Renault SA takes over. Up to today 24 Dec 2019 I have no idea what's happening to my car because I had to rent a vehicle to get back home.
