Worst service ever. I would rate a 0 but the system doesn't allow me. I wanted to make a booking at Lionel Motors Renault Rustenburg service department, they don't answer the phone, then took my car for service yesterday, there was only one stone chip on the windscreen at the top in the middle, then when I got my vehicle back, I noticed the is a crack from the bottom in the middle on my windscreen, no stone chip near the crack, I tried to phone them, but no answer as well. Then I sent them an email, I received a phone call, the lady told me, when there is a stone chip in the window as soon as they put the vehicle on the loading lift the windscreen will crack, but I mean it will crack on the stone chip side not on another space. Then they said I should claim it from my insurance. How does that work it is not my fault. I will never use Lionel Motors Rustenburg Service department again

I would give 0 stars but the system doesn't allow me. I tried to take out a 10mbps home package, I know there is coverage in the area because, I know someone who has the exact same cover and stays in the same complex as me, but they say there is no coverage they can't find the house.
I would rather give 0 stars, but they do not allow me. We put in a Death claim on the 13th of July 2021 the funeral policy paid out something a month later after their say within 48 hours. We are still waiting for the Life policy to pay out. Each time it is different documentation they are looking for, we ask the from the beginning what documentation they all need. I'm going to cancel my mom's policy. Old Mutual gives really poor and pathetic service. They advertise on their website they pay within 48 hours after claim, but it has been 2 months now and every day it is a different document they are looking for.
I will give a 0 stars. I've canceled my subscription before the trail period ended and now they wanted to deduct money from my account. I will not pay the money because I've canceled my subscription

I would give 0 stars for Capitecs poor service. I reported a fraud case on my account on 03/07/20 and sent them the SAPS case number on 04/07/20. They don't want to reverse the money and until now I didn't got ANY feedback from them. I phoned yesterday 28/07/20 to ask for feedback, the guy said he will sent a email to the lady who is working with the case I should keep my phone near me, she will contact me immediatly with feedback and guess what I'n still waiting for that phone call. Capitec's service is pathetic, and I'm still struggling to get my money back
They phone me yesterday (13/01/2020) about debt review then they sent me the documents I told them I'm not interested they said they will cancel it, now (14/01/2020) they phone me again and tell me about the portfolio I told them I said that I'm not interested then the guy told me it is already created , I told them how because I didn't sign the papers then he drop the call. What must I do now because I don't want to go under debt review
