Worst Service Ever at Lionel Motors Rustenburg Service Department

Worst service ever. I would rate a 0 but the system doesn't allow me. I wanted to make a booking at the service department, they don't answer the phone, then took my car for service yesterday, there was only one stone chip on the windscreen at the top in the middle, then when I got my vehicle back, I noticed the is a crack from the bottom in the middle on my windscreen, no stone chip near the crack, I tried to phone them, but no answer as well. Then I sent them an email, I received a phone call, the lady told me, when there is a stone chip in the window as soon as they put the vehicle on the loading lift the windscreen will crack, but I mean it will crack on the stone chip side not on another space. Then they said I should claim it from my insurance. How does that work it is not my fault. I will never use Lionel Motors Rustenburg Service department again
