Liptronics is known as official repair company for Samsung products. Please note, they are the worst. Ineffective troubleshooting and testing and trying to get a technical to schedule a date in time is impossible. Techs arrive when they feel like it without advance notice. Samsung should re-think this one.

After not using Liptronics as a supplier of Samsung tv products for a long time as they were extremely retarded in there approach, I decided to try them again. I wasted 15 rand airtime hanging on for a young sounding man who from his attitude sounded like he had one eye on the clock and was waiting for nothing other than his paycheck at the end of the month. The part in question was for a Samsung smart TV purchased by my customer a year back, it is actually still under guarantee but he had problems returning it under guarantee to Game where he purchased it from.(evidently his receipt didn't reflect the same model tv he had). I had tried Screenvision first due to the poor service delivery of liptronics, but they also promised to phone back and didn't. The TV is barely a year old and now there is no source to the TV spares. This is the hopeless service being dished out my major companies in South Africa. You can bet they have a big legal team and that no ordinary South African will be able to get compensation of any kind. My suggestion is to NOT buy a Samsung product as there is no/ poor after sales service. I would like to see Liptronics cross a person of wealth that will take them to task. Their staff really need a good slap to wake them up, start with the Ceo

I took my TV to Liptronics in Parrow for a fix as it a was non- responsive, I was quoted R3200, I paid in full, I was then contacted to come collect the TV after a week or so. I collected the TV on Monday 11/08, they tested it and it seemed to be working fine at the shop, however when I plugged it for the first time on Wednesday 13/08/2025 at my house, the TV had lines on the screen, I contacted Liptronics and sent pictures via email, they said there's an impact and I would have to be requoted again. They're basically implying that I must have done something on the TV and they're not taking accountability for anything. The TV has no visible physical damage, I don't understand how this can be decided based on a picture I sent. This is really frustrating and heartbreaking considering that I have paid such a huge amount for the TV to be fixed by a so called reputable repair center, in hopes that I will get the best service and care but instead I feel like I am being ****med! For a Samsung recommended repair center, this has been handled so poorly, It's quite disappointing!

Liptronics is known as official repair company for Samsung products. Please note, they are the worst of the worst. I had terrible experience with them and Samsung keeps on notifying me that I musts take the matter up with Liptronics preverbally passing the buck! Rather buy LG TV etc.

The initial interaction was fine, despite some uneasiness with their requirement for full payments up front, ie for the assessment call-out first and then for the parts and labour. When two-way communication subsequently failed, coordinating the job to completion required escalation. Samsung will have to do better too.

Worst ever client service experienced. And Liptonics being Samsung’s ACCREDITED Service Centre in the Cape. Complete disaster. Cannot believe that Samsung appointed them as service agent.Poor customer service. Samsung please find another agent in Cape Town. Worst service. They take forever to fix issues and they don't answer phones, don't respond to emails. Its just so frustrating.Completely non-existent customer service. Flooded kitchen after terrible workmanship and then puts blame on me, refuses to fix his terrible workmanship, has 101 excuses of cell phone being broken, technicians are all in hospital, terrible service and SAMSUNG should be ashamed of having this clown as their service Centre -AVOID AVOID AVOID Even a Samsung shop started to laugh when i went in their for help and when i mentioned that Liptronics is the company they all laughed and said sorry as they used to use them but with the above mentioned service happening weekly they have stopped using them.
