Point of no return
Worst online shopping experience. Have been waiting for more than a month for my delivery - after the first one had to be returned. There is no return policy, its a never ending loop of having to repurchase something from the store.0 replies

Dont get your hopes up
Liptronics is known as official repair company for Samsung products. Please note, they are the worst. Ineffective troubleshooting and testing and trying to get a technical to schedule a date in time is impossible. Techs arrive when they feel like it without advance notice. Samsung should re-think this one.0 replies
