After not using Liptronics as a supplier of Samsung tv products for a long time as they were extremely retarded in there approach, I decided to try them again. I wasted 15 rand airtime hanging on for a young sounding man who from his attitude sounded like he had one eye on the clock and was waiting for nothing other than his paycheck at the end of the month. The part in question was for a Samsung smart TV purchased by my customer a year back, it is actually still under guarantee but he had problems returning it under guarantee to Game where he purchased it from.(evidently his receipt didn't reflect the same model tv he had). I had tried Screenvision first due to the poor service delivery of liptronics, but they also promised to phone back and didn't. The TV is barely a year old and now there is no source to the TV spares. This is the hopeless service being dished out my major companies in South Africa. You can bet they have a big legal team and that no ordinary South African will be able to get compensation of any kind. My suggestion is to NOT buy a Samsung product as there is no/ poor after sales service. I would like to see Liptronics cross a person of wealth that will take them to task. Their staff really need a good slap to wake them up, start with the Ceo
