If I could give this company zero stars I would! Our experience with Innovative Ad-Media (IAMCONNECT) and Liquid Intelligent Technologies has been nothing short of pathetic. For more than six weeks we have been waiting for a simple fibre activation, despite the infrastructure being fully installed since late September. Both companies have been slow, unresponsive and disorganised — with constant promises, no follow-through and no accountability between them. Emails go unanswered for days, information is inconsistent, and no one seems to take ownership of resolving the issue. Their lack of professionalism and communication has disrupted our operations and caused needless frustration. It is unacceptable that a service provider can take over a month and a half to activate a line, yet still offer no clear date or explanation.

This company only cares about its bottom line. It promises the world and falls way short of delivery. Its employees misinform clients and then refuses to accept their wrongdoing which negatively impacts its clients. They make no effort to acknowledge their mistakes or make any effort to recify them, all in the name of lost revenue. If you are a small business, I would steer clear of this company,they do not care about the SME or the entrepreneur. You will spend months trying to get asssiatcne, advise and a direct anwer - not waste yor breath. The onlytink they are good at is passing the buck.

Small businesses stay far away from this company. You sign up a fiber line service and then when your businesses must relocate within the 2 years period they will offer a relocation. However you must renew the contract for a further 2 years. Then they take their time to install the fibre at the new site whilst you must continue to pay. We informed DSl tech that our neybours are using their services to speed up the firbre connection but even this was not an option. After 6 months of no service and R29k paid we cancelled. Liquid want a 60 day cancellation plus penalties that will cost us another R21k this after I have a email confirming no penalties with immediate cancelation. They also about 400% more expensive than other fibre/internet suppliers.

The branch in Zambia is increasing fees by 33.3% to 87.5% from 29th June 2024. Already their billing cycle is not consistent. They are taking advantage of a monopoly and therefore we customers are expected to accept whatever they dish us.

Appalling service and experience. Liquid Intelligent technologies & Zinnia as service providers are horrible. We've been over charged for months, no professionalism at all and now we at a point the office cant function. Hope this post helps get our business issue resolved, but as it stands I'd speak against using them as a service provider.
