Hello

Just want to warn any potential candidates applying for a job at this company ( LIT Creations ). A recruitment agency referred me to this opening. I got a practical assessment from them to do a fictitious company website and upon completion to upload the files ( PSD and all website related files ) to one of their domains. This arose my suspicion as I already had a very complete portfolio of websites from which they could see my technical skills.

I started searching for this 'fictitious' company and found its website which stated that it was under construction. I phone the 'fictitious' company and they told me LIT Creations is building them a new website.

This is very unethical behavior by a company ( LIT Creations ) giving potential candidates their work as practical assessments with no guarantee of employment. I am glad I did not submit my practical assessment as they could have easily used it for the client.

I strongly warn any designer or developer against this company's unethical behavior.
