I placed an order on the 4th of June and was looking forward to receiving my parcel. However, on the 6th of June, I received a notification from Courier Guy informing me that the parcel had been cancelled.
I tried calling the company multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one answered my calls. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill my order is extremely disappointing.
I expected much better service and am very dissatisfied with this experience.
