APPALLING SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT
APPALLING SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT!!!! I have never in my life experienced such disgusting service the pub ran out of stock on the beer I was drinking on a buy one get one free special I was told I must either wait for stock to arrive or drink a beer that I don’t want because I cannot drink from the beer options I wanted instead he told me it’s not his fault his supplier is late and doesn’t know when he will be arriving with stock, no accommodation for my inconvenience as a paying customer!!! When I expressed to the manager that I do not drink the option he suggested he called me a “****en black Karen, and a *****” came your to my face aggressively and swore at both me and my partner in the establishment . This is a manager screaming at a woman for everyone to hear!! Defamation of character. He then told me and my partner to **** off and never come back because we refused to be bul**** or discriminated against this also is being said out loud as if we had done something wrong.

"You added BLACK karen cause obviously everything is a race issue for you". No one said that. 2nd your self entitlement caused management to ask you to leave. This establisment won't drop the price of a premium beer because you are on a budget like you said. One of the 2 beers on special was out of stock from the supplier. Your choices are then, take the other option, wait for the delivery, pay full price for the beer you want or simply leave. You chose to demand that the price of a premium beer is dropped because you were inconvenienced. You were not a paying customer, you had one beer each and you refused to pay for it, the establisment did. That's called theft Karen, if you drank two beers and left with out paying. It was not a Buy 1 get one free either. Its a take 2 special, with reduced price. Get your facts straight, Your bullshit of aggression and screaming it only added for effect as that never happened, your behaviour was the only thing out of order. How you treat a waiter tells me everything I need to know about you, that's why the manager stepped in and that's why you will no longer be welcome here. Right of admission reserved, we have zero time for sell entitled racists.

The first review was valid and true it was removed due to it being explicit and direct. We will be taking this further I will show you just how far this Karen can go, I will teach you a lesson you will never forget since you think you untouchable, you messed with the wrong one.

Who was drinking on the job ?. Your bullshit knows no end. Well you brought up the fact that you are on a budget and demand another special. No Karen, no one called you a black karen, only one concerned about skin colour are you, that's obvious. We don't give a fuck what colour your skin is as long as you are a nice person and don't take out your self entitlement on the staff or management. You state you can afford to pay, yet you didn't and was not prepared to fork out an extra R6 for the beer you wanted. You complain about swearing at a woman but look at you swearing away, a lady does not behave like you, don't demand respect if you offer nothing to respect. No Karen, I reported your first review cause you were being racist like you still are, I won't report this one, I'll leave it up so people can see what a lying, self entitled racist you are. You can take it as far as you like, you will never be welcome here, by the way the whole pub, black, white, Indian and coloured clapped hands when you walked out swearing. Maybe you should learn the meaning of mutual respect before you want to start teaching people lessons.

Next time take on the beer manufacturer or supplier if there is no stock instead of pushing your demands on a pub. We don't make beer we sell it, and just cause you demand a special on a different product doesn't mean you going to get your way, Pay full price then for what you want or go drink at home. I farm with nothing, We were raised to show mutual respect, You obviously raised to see how much you can get out of people. Next time take on the beer manufacturer or supplier if there is no stock instead of pushing your demands on a pub. We don't make beer we sell it, and just cause you demand a special on a different product doesn't mean you going to get your way, Pay full price then for what you want or go drink at home. I have no business dealing with YOUR supplier, if they are out of stock or *********** that is not my problem as the consumer! Don’t do specials if you do not have the stock, it’s misleading….basic common sense.
