APPALLING SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT!!!! I have never in my life experienced such disgusting service the pub ran out of stock on the beer I was drinking on a buy one get one free special I was told I must either wait for stock to arrive or drink a beer that I don’t want because I cannot drink from the beer options I wanted instead he told me it’s not his fault his supplier is late and doesn’t know when he will be arriving with stock, no accommodation for my inconvenience as a paying customer!!! When I expressed to the manager that I do not drink the option he suggested he called me a “****en black Karen, and a *****” came your to my face aggressively and swore at both me and my partner in the establishment . This is a manager screaming at a woman for everyone to hear!! Defamation of character. He then told me and my partner to **** off and never come back because we refused to be bul**** or discriminated against this also is being said out loud as if we had done something wrong.

I made an order from Shein and was told that buffalo logistics will be in contact with me for delivery or any customs that needed to be paid, I have received no communication from the logistics company regarding the delivery of my order instead I later received an email attached to this tracking number (BUFZA3120122018YQ) that my order has now been destroyed mind you I spent close to R3000 on clothes that I never received and instead told my order has been destroyed with no refund or credit wallet!!! Absolutely disgusting bunch of *******!!!!
Mr delivery is ****ming people for their money they refuse to refund you on orders not delivered because of the driver, to make matters worse their agents are rude and uncouth!!! I was put on hold by one of their agents for 20min and hung up on. I then Called back promised a call back from a manager that I still have not received it. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!
I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire life Shein has absolutely outdone themselves. As a new customer my first experience with Shein has been a nightmare, I made an order in 2021 for R2200 (GSHMPV26B00JT35) till date I have not received my order nor have I received my refund that i was promised. I have communicated with them via email and told my order is still in transit….since 2021?? I have tried to reach out to Shein for over 2yrs now it has not been resolved. I requested a manager or the complaints team I’m simply being ignored and I have spent too much money as a new time customer to be treated this way. I simply want my refund or a and account credit for the items have I since not received. If anything I should even be compensated for this inconvenience it’s absolutely unacceptable.
