APPALLING SERVICE FROM ****** MANAGER!!!
APPALLING SERVICE FROM ****** MANAGER!!!!! I have never in my life experienced such disgusting service the pub ran out of stock on the beer I was drinking and I was told I must either wait for stock to arrive or drink a beer that I don’t want because I cannot drink from the beer options I wanted instead no accommodation for my inconvenience as a paying customer!!! When I expressed to the Boer manager that I do not drink the option he suggested he called me a “****en black Karen, a *****!!” This is a manager screaming at a black woman for everyone to hear!! He then told me and my partner to **** off and never come back because we refused to be bul**** or discriminated against. They will be a formal defamation of character and ****** case opened against this establishment for

We don't produces beer we sell it, out of stock from supplier, we offered an alternative option but customer demanded a premium beer at the special price. Customer stated they on a budget and therefore we have to reduce the price.
