Unprofessional and Inefficient company

This is a very inefficient and Unprofessional bunch of people that never keep the very appointment times they give you as a client. On the 18th December 2024 they gave me a date and time to groom my dog. On the day and time they had committed, they told me they are 2-3 hours late, and it was until I called them that they gave me this information. Because we were travelling, I requested a refund, gave them my Bank details. Today it is the 08th Jan 2025 and every time I make a follow up, I get a run around from this company. This is a bunch of unprofessional and inefficient people whose actions and conduct seems to border on ****ming because even though I am supposed to get my money back, I am not getting any satisfactory response or commitment from them on when to expect my money,
