Lituba lodge should not be operating!

Tim is the most sarcasting and arrogant business person I have ever come across in my 40 years of existence. His lodge is not pleasing to eye at all i.e. torn up sheets, dirty toilets, dirty showers and worse, NO hot water in winter(Imagine in this cold winter) and is if things could not get any worse, frogs came out from the toilet when we flushed it. We approached him to state our concerns about the false location of his lodge on Agoda as it stated that it was located at Malkerns but it was not, it's literally 100km away from Malkerns. When we approached him about our concerns, he was very defensive and did not want to take any form of responsibility at all. His attitude stinks to say the least and couldn't be bothered by it. I will not recommend his lodge to anyone as what you see on the website is nothing but fabrication.
