Lituba lodge should not be operating!
Tim is the most sarcasting and arrogant business person I have ever come across in my 40 years of existence. His lodge is not pleasing to eye at all i.e. torn up sheets, dirty toilets, dirty showers and worse, NO hot water in winter(Imagine in this cold winter) and is if things could not get any worse, frogs came out from the toilet when we flushed it. We approached him to state our concerns about the false location of his lodge on Agoda as it stated that it was located at Malkerns but it was not, it's literally 100km away from Malkerns. When we approached him about our concerns, he was very defensive and did not want to take any form of responsibility at all. His attitude stinks to say the least and couldn't be bothered by it. I will not recommend his lodge to anyone as what you see on the website is nothing but fabrication.

Lituba Lodge in Swaziland - Total ****
Was booked over the Bushfire weekend and we found the place on Agoda with an address for Malkerns. When we finally arrived in Eswatini, called the owner Tim and he told hes not in Malkerns but 1h30m away from there and fortunately for him and unfortunately for us we have already paid and theres nothing he can do. He doesn't know where Agoda found that address they allocated for his place. We drove there and the place was filthy, spider webs on the headboard, bathroom door no handle, shower dirty, no toilet paper, frogs in the toilet bowl. In the morning we tried to address the issue of distance with the owner and he was Rude and didnt want to listen to us. Overall experience was HORRIBLE

Tim the owner is the most patronising, arrogant, rude and ****** lodge owner I have ever come across. His lodge is advertised under false pretence as close to the Bushfire festival in Malkerns and seen as 8 minutes away from the event on the Agoda site. He only told us the truth about the distance to his place once we had made full payment and it was day of check-in and we were calling him because we were getting lost, he was rude on the phone and the first option he could offer was to cancel with no refund and put the phone down on us. When we got to his dumb of a lodge 90 minutes later, the rooms had no water, they were dirty, stinky, no toilet paper and with a bar soap cut into half to share across different rooms. The place is an absolute junk, it is beyond me that they expect paying humans to live in such appalling conditions. The toilet looked like it hadn’t seen a cleaning detergent in years and when 1 of my friends flushed, frogs surfaced. When we tried to address pir concerns on the distance with him, the man could not speak to us like decent people, he was swearing and cursing, calling us names like belligerents. It was so unpleasant, we checked out before time as the place was completely unbearable. I do not wish the experience we had on anyone that is looking for a good place to stay.
