Was booked over the Bushfire weekend and we found the place on Agoda with an address for Malkerns. When we finally arrived in Eswatini, called the owner Tim and he told hes not in Malkerns but 1h30m away from there and fortunately for him and unfortunately for us we have already paid and theres nothing he can do. He doesn't know where Agoda found that address they allocated for his place. We drove there and the place was filthy, spider webs on the headboard, bathroom door no handle, shower dirty, no toilet paper, frogs in the toilet bowl. In the morning we tried to address the issue of distance with the owner and he was Rude and didnt want to listen to us. Overall experience was HORRIBLE
I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Zando on Monday the 27th, then by Friday the 31st I received an email that my order has been delivered. When I went to collect only 1 box was delivered however on their delivery email both pairs indicate as delivered. I then called Zando and spoke to Patrick who logged a call for me and ask me if I know which delivery company delivered my parcel and unfortunately the security received the parcel. I then later went to security to check and I was advised it was DSV. I then called Zando again and asked to speak to Patrick however I was told he is on another call and Kyle said he will assist. I was then put on hold whilst he checked on his side and he advised that the waybill indicates one box was delivered then I asked because its DSV and I live close to the DSV in Florida Glen, can we organise for my parcel to be delivered at home and Kyle said he will check and get back to me. Today is Tuesday and I have not heard anything, so I call Zando back and fortunately or not Kyle answers and I give him my order number and tell him I spoke to him and hes a bit surprised then he asks me to hold, so I asked why am I holding and with attitude he says " so that I can check what is the problem". Fine, I hold for almost 5 minutes then he returns and tells me with attitude that my query has been escalated to management at warehouse and he will get back to me by tomorrow. So I ask why did I have to call again instead of them letting know, then with attitude and an irate voice he says, I didnt have to call because he said HE WILL GET BACK TO ME, AND SINCE HE HAS NOT IT MEANS HE HAS NO FEEDBACK. I went on to tell him if he feels that he cannot help me, because hes sounding irritated then maybe he should get someone else to assist me. I ask who is the manager in warehouse he has escalated to and he says it doesnt matter whether he gives me the name because I wont be able to speak to them. I always buy @ Zando however I am so disappointed right now because of the service and my parcel missing and no one seems to know were it is. I have an email from them confirming that my order was delivered, meaning bot pairs of shoes were delivered however I only received one pair. What must happen now?
