Poor after sales service

After sales service is terrible. If there is an issue, they simply replace the battery and when an issue occurs again, they just replace the battery again and charge you again - even if its only been 1 month since the last bettery replacement. Great business model - just tell your clients you don't accept responsibility for the battery and keep replacing it and the client must pay!
