Poor after sales service
After sales service is terrible. If there is an issue, they simply replace the battery and when an issue occurs again, they just replace the battery again and charge you again - even if its only been 1 month since the last bettery replacement. Great business model - just tell your clients you don't accept responsibility for the battery and keep replacing it and the client must pay!0 replies

Howler are ****mers
Howler sold me two tickets to an event that did not exist. A week before the event, when I tried to find more information on the event, Howler had removed the event. When I requested a refund they refunded me only 25% i.e. according to their normal refund policies. In other words Howler ****med me out of 75% of the ticket price for an event that did not exist.0 replies

New Ultra disappointing
Bought the new DSTV Ultra through an accredited provider. When using the remote to change the volume, it misinterprets the signal and places the TV on mute. You can watch a second TV on the same channel but you can't change the channel from the second TV. You need to buy a second decoder. I was not told this when I purchased the decoder. Very disappointing.1 reply
