I share this sad story on behalf of dear friends where the husband has passed away recently. In order to attend and close all the outstanding matters after a long illness, his wife had to collect the Gravely ride-on lawnmower which was send for Tyre repairs some time ago. a Faithful servant which was part of the family for many of years. After quite some effort and time spend with the representative who assisted and assigned to fix the lawnmower, the lawnmower was no where to be found, but with the assistance of the receptionist, they eventually located the machine and it was delivered to her house. But great was her shocked when the Lawnmower arrived. The tyres was not fixed, and it was clear the machine must have been standing outside, exposed to the weather for quite some time, all rusted, seat torn, and the petrol engine has not been operated/started in all this time. a Disgrace to say the least and a great disappointment! In this state could have been taken to the S**** yard rather. All this after the family has been loyal customers to Livingstone Garden & Home for more than 16 years. Why was the professional service and expert advice not offered to at least get the lawnmower in a working and presentable condition (as it was left in the care of Livingstone) before it was delivered.
