Grohe products

Purchased and installed very expensive grohe products thinking I would have good quality and hassle free plumbing only to find the absolute opposite.

Purchased grohe rain shower head and accessories for +/- r1200

Rain shower head no longer distributes water. Plumber has removed to try and clean however unable to open to clean. Contacted Lixil SA who indicated that the shower head cannot be cleaned and the only alternative is to purchase a new shower head as they do not sell parts for the shower head.

Extremely disappointed as I thought that I was paying a premium for a quality product and good after sales support only to find the opposite.

Would not recommend Grohe products to anyone.
