Please dont order online from Lixil

Please don't order online from Lixil. You will wait forever for them to respond with anything regarding your order. NOTHING. Until you do some digging and enquiries to what is happening with the order. THEN, you will wait forever for the order number. Then, you will wait for their logistics company, RTT, which is even worse. (not that i think anyone can be worse). Promises will be made... nothing delivered. I ordered and paid on the 30th November 2021. It is now the 13th December and the package is still somewhere... 400km from me.
