Im not happy with the post sale services of Liza Clifford. The worst of the worst. I received my order a week ago only to realise that they’ve sent me the wrong bra size. I then went back to return it and the consultant told me that she will kickstart the refund process the following day. My consultant from the menlyn office is now unavailable and fails to answer my calls or to give me an update. I tried to call her number as well as the office number but the office number does not go through too.
I feel ****med! And I’ve also read similar complaints to mine on reviews.
