If I could give -5 I would! What a ******* ****. I was charged R350 for a ten minute virtual fitting, then given a small selection of bras to choose from at crazy prices. I went with the process and paid R1200+ only to receive something that was so far off my size it wasn’t true. They were very difficult when I asked for a full refund, wanted to charge me for the return. Avoid them at all costs.

Confirmed appointment rescheduled at the last minute. Did not even phone. Just received an e mail which they did not respond to. Arrogant attitude when I phoned them. Having now read the reviews I had a lucky escape. Other bra companies with a better attitude and you do not pay for fitting. Let’s see if they refund me.

Im not happy with the post sale services of Liza Clifford. The worst of the worst. I received my order a week ago only to realise that they’ve sent me the wrong bra size. I then went back to return it and the consultant told me that she will kickstart the refund process the following day. My consultant from the menlyn office is now unavailable and fails to answer my calls or to give me an update. I tried to call her number as well as the office number but the office number does not go through too. I feel ****med! And I’ve also read similar complaints to mine on reviews.

After a positive experience during a previous fitment at the Menlopark facility, we decided to purchase another bra online. However, after completing the payment, we were informed that the item was out of stock and that it would take 12 weeks to arrive. Given that my previous order only took 7 days, we opted personally contacted the sales representative to explore alternative options. Unfortunately, the response we received was unexpectedly rude and unhelpful. Instead of being assisted further, the order was cancelled and we were informed that it will be refunded within 7-14 days, without any effort to offer solutions or alternative products. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the dismissive attitude displayed. Based on this experience, we will not be making use of their services again.

I contacted their sales lady the same day that I received my bra to inform her that the bra is too small and pinching too much. She arranged a “virtual fitting” where she insisted that the size is correct and that it will stretch. I have worn it constantly but it pinched me so much that I had purple bruise marks. When I contacted her again she said that she had black marks from the bra pinching her and that I just have to wear it more often. I just cannot believe that a bra has to torture you for so long before it fits comfortably. I am also convinced that the bra that I fitted on at their studio was not the same size as what they have sent me. Highly unsatisfied. I posted it on facebook on their site but it was removed

Ordered 3 bras for around R5000 online with no communication for over two weeks trying to contact to find out when they'd be delivered as online it said two of the bras were in stock which they were not, it took an instagram personal message to Liza Clifford to get her to respond saying if it wasn't responded to Id take it as a ****, she has today given my money back however the customer services was less than poor with no apology at all! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY she has terrible customer relations!! Many more stores that sell these bras.....

I previously went for a fitting and bought bras from Liza Clifford, Sandton. The experience was great so I ordered online from them again. I made an order for 3 x Molly UW nursing bras from the Liza Clifford website on 27/08/2024. Today it is 27/11/2024 and I have not received my order or a refund. When I contact Liza Clifford promises of when my order will be delivered are made and the products never arrive. There is no order tracking information either. Liza Clifford has been reluctant to give me my refund. Communication regarding the delay from their side has been poor. I would not recommend buying from them unless you don’t mind waiting 3 months for some bras.
