If I could give -5 I would! What a ******* ****. I was charged R350 for a ten minute virtual fitting, then given a small selection of bras to choose from at crazy prices. I went with the process and paid R1200+ only to receive something that was so far off my size it wasn’t true. They were very difficult when I asked for a full refund, wanted to charge me for the return. Avoid them at all costs.
I am very dissatisfied that so little of my claims were covered, approximately 50% and it is a very reasonably priced vet. I will be looking elsewhere for insurance for my dogs. Regards Jessica
Broken bags, open bags, late deliveries and part deliveries. I’m wondering if Woolworths are trying to ‘dash’ out of the market place given Checkers can deliver on time, with awesome communication…?
Every single dash order is late and incomplete. Woolworths don’t respond to emails or phone calls and have blocked me on social media. It’s like trying to communicate with a moody teenager, not a top end retailer.
Woolworths online services are a disaster and a disgrace. When I complained on social media (because my emails and phone calls achieved nothing) they blocked me. How can I run a family when you deliver only half of the items I have ordered from you, and you send me expired or expiring items? Instead of addressing the problem you ‘block’ your customers on social media? It’s like dealing with a very immature child. Jessica
