I visited your store on Saturday morning to look at dining room chairs. Although the shop was quiet and there were several salespeople present, none of them approached us or offered any assistance. We spent nearly an hour browsing and trying to find the perfect chair, but due to the complete lack of service, we ultimately decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. It was disappointing—especially considering this is a high-end store where one would expect a higher standard of customer service. A simple greeting or offer to help would have made a big difference.
After a positive experience during a previous fitment at the Menlopark facility, we decided to purchase another bra online. However, after completing the payment, we were informed that the item was out of stock and that it would take 12 weeks to arrive. Given that my previous order only took 7 days, we opted personally contacted the sales representative to explore alternative options. Unfortunately, the response we received was unexpectedly rude and unhelpful. Instead of being assisted further, the order was cancelled and we were informed that it will be refunded within 7-14 days, without any effort to offer solutions or alternative products. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the dismissive attitude displayed. Based on this experience, we will not be making use of their services again.
I ordered a DeerRun A5 Pro Smart 2in1 Treadmill for R1449.00 on their website www.thegalleria.store on the 11th of Feb 2025. When I started following up, sending sms, their website live chat, messenger on FB - they deactivated their FB page, their number goes to voicemail. They advertise to sell various items, shipping within 2-7 days, refund but after contacting the bank, I was advised that they are a ****. They pose to sell personal care, homeware, gadget accessories and electronics, but then deliver nothing and keep the funds.
