I previously went for a fitting and bought bras from Liza Clifford, Sandton. The experience was great so I ordered online from them again. I made an order for 3 x Molly UW nursing bras from the Liza Clifford website on 27/08/2024. Today it is 27/11/2024 and I have not received my order or a refund. When I contact Liza Clifford promises of when my order will be delivered are made and the products never arrive. There is no order tracking information either. Liza Clifford has been reluctant to give me my refund. Communication regarding the delay from their side has been poor. I would not recommend buying from them unless you don’t mind waiting 3 months for some bras.
Initially my experience with Naked Insurance was great. It was easy to get an insurance quote, the customer interface is user friendly....BUT when it's time to claim problems arise. I lodged a car damage claim with Naked Insurance on 07/05/2023. I paid for the accident report and submitted in to Naked Insurance and the complete claim was lodged on 09/05/2023. On 14/05/2023 Naked Insurance emails me that my car will be written off as per the assessment of their assessor and they send me documents to complete and request I courier my car's spare keys , car manual and service book to their offices. I complete their documentation and courier the requested objects to them on 15/05/2023. I notify my finance house of my insurer's decision to write off the car. Thereafter I proceed to email Naked Insurance everyday and call them every second day to ask whether the documentation, car keys, car manual and service book has been received and what the next process is. My communication was only met with automated email correspondence and promises of being contacted by my claims assessor. It has almost been a month since the claim was lodged and it has not been resolved. Instead I have been requested to send the same documentation to Naked Insurance over and Over again. I have sent the settlement quotation 3 times and the signed change of ownership form to them twice. When I requested to lodge a complaint due to slow turnover time and poor communication- the complaint was not lodged. I had to call them twice and email twice to lodge the same complaint. I am still awaiting proof of my complaint so that I can escalate this matter.
What bad service- My Telkom data contract ended and I asked to cancel my Telkom services completely. I did the cancellation request online, over the phone and even went in store at Telkom Fourways to ensure that my cancellation request was processed- the store assistance assured me that it was and thus I would no longer be debit ordered. This is the 2nd month after my cancellation that I’m being debit ordered. I want my money back. Telkom your service sucks- that’s why people keep leaving!
I’m employed as a health care worker by the Gauteng Department of Health. I previously worked at Leratong Hospital and now work at Bertha Gxowa Hospital but my employer remains Gauteng Department of Health, my employee number and salary details have not changed. On the 18th of Jan 2022 GEMS requested that I update my employment details so that they may receive my medical aid contribution. I complied and emailed them my employment contract, my latest payslip with my employee number and the change of details form. Through out January and February GEMS has not been able to retrieve their contribution and present no solutions to the problem. I requested GEMS to debit order me so that they may receive their contribution and they refused. After over 3 hours on the phone and countless email correspondence with GEMS no resolve was reached and GEMS now is sending me in arrears notices. Multiple team leaders and consultants promised to call me back or respond to my emails. GEMS is the worse run medical aid.
I bought a study desk from one of their agents and the study desk was poor quality. Arranging a refund or an exchange with them is very difficult. I don't recommend buying furniture from them. Honestly money lost. The company is called Heavenly Wooden Crafts.
I'm disappointed and frustrated. Just don't bank with Standard bank, so many other banks give you better service. Paying back a student loan with them has just been hell. 1. They never sent me communication on a set date that they would debit order me (I've been debit ordered from the 15th to the 20th , to the 25th and 26th day of the month when I just want to debit ordered on the 1st day of the month). 2. They send no statements- to this day I don't know how much I owe, how much I've paid off, how long long it will take me to pay off loan etc... 3. I have recieved no account details so even if I wanted to pay a lump sum or increase my repayment amounts I can't. 4. And what annoys me the most is that you can't get ahold of them. I called Standard bank 7 times, I have emailed, I've gone into the clearwater bank branch and reviewed them multiple times on hellopeter, twitter, facebook, Instagram and all I've asked for still hasn't been done. In 8 months Standard Bank. I can't wait to be done with this student loan and wash my hands off you for good.
I brought a stethoscope from this company online. They have not emailed me regarding processing my order, or provided any information after purchase. I only purchased from them as they are listed as a trusted supplier on the littman South Africa website. When I email they don't reply. When I call they don't answer.
Wow. What bad service. I have visited the Standard Bank Clearwater branch 3 times, I have called Standard Bank twice asking them to email my full student loan statement so I could arrange a payment plan with them. 1 Full Month of contacting them and still no statement emailed. Standard Bank why are you making it so difficult for me to pay back your money? Don't bank with Standard Bank or get loans with Standard Bank their service is extremely poor.
I don't why but Makro Strbens Valley is having great difficulty arranging a fridge delivery. My fridge which I bought and paid a delivery fee for has still not been delivered. I have made multiple efforts to contact them and arrange this delivery. Don't buy from Makro Strubens Valley and definitely don't use their delivery service it is a nightmare to get anything delivered!
