It is vertually impossible to get a hold of these people. Called a few times, no answer. Saw the owner had viewed my profile on True caller seconds later and didn't respond.

They overcharge for water and have varying units for the same amount. Imagine having an urgent water issue and going through this. Companies like this should not exist. Carry on like this and it won't!
